It's Friday...finally!

Hmmmm....I missed Music Lyric Thursday, didn't I?

Well, oh well! I'm sure you're all heartbroken, but my search for a new job has just taken up my time. The final straw was yesterday. No more playing around...I'm getting a new job. Bossman is sure I'll never leave him. What he doesn't know is that I've worked more jobs that he has vacation homes and I'm not proud. As long as I can pay my bills, I'm not worried about the kind of work I'm doing. I don't need an office job.

I'm not looking for seasonal work, so finding a permanent job might take me a bit, but I have no problem with any aspect of the work force. At this point I have two interests:

1) Getting away from Bossman.
2) Getting away from Bossman's business.

So...if you know of a full time gig, or two part time gigs, let me know. I can learn anything quickly, I have a lot of skills for the office and for more hands on jobs. I've worked in almost every line of business imaginable. (I've never carried a gun to work, but I'm willing to start.) Oh, and I don't care what shift it is.

Now, as for writing...there has been none. It's a pity because I have a ton of ideas in my head, but I have this huge roadblock in front of me. It's going to end!

Just got the "Glee" soundtrack for my birthday and the final cut is a song from the musical "Wicked" called "DEfying Gravity." It's my new favorite song and will probably feature prominently in my two weeks' notice letter to Bossman.

I feel better just for saying it out loud! Now back to the work of finding a job!

(Maybe I'll get lucky...maybe he'll fire me.)

Have a great weekend all!

And I have to share this, and really think you should take the time and submit here:
